Personal or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited. If you are an Accredited News Media User, you agree to the following:
- You will not share your User ID and/or password with anyone.

- You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Starbucks for any and all unauthorized uses you may make of any material on the Site.
