Teavana’s White Chocolate Peppermint Tea, the company's best-selling seasonal blend with more than 20 million cups enjoyed by customers in the U.S. and Canada over the past three years, returns for its fourth holiday season in 2016.
This festive tea, other seasonal favorites and new merchandise are now available in Teavana® specialty retail stores and online at Teavana.com.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the return of the holiday season at Teavana and our customer favorite White Chocolate Peppermint Tea,” said Katie Harnetiaux, director of Brand and Marketing. “This year’s assortment is our best yet and we’re so excited for customers to discover our premium, unexpected teas and vibrant gifts perfect for anyone on your list.”
Sweet and Spicy Teas
White Chocolate Peppermint Tea: This tea is made with European white chocolate blended with cocoa, Tahitian vanilla beans and rooibos that is harvested in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa.
Ruby Spice Cider: Inspired by the growing popularity of handcrafted ciders, this caffeine-free herbal blend features cinnamon-spiced apple and pomegranate alongside berries and sweet plums.
“White Chocolate Peppermint Tea is like a guilt-free dessert. It’s great hot or iced. You can drink it alone or pair it with something that has a subtle flavor like a shortbread cookie,” said Harnetiaux. “Ruby Spice Cider is caffeine-free, so it can be enjoyed any time of day.”
Season’s Treating Dessert Teas Craft Tea Collection: Inspired by the flavors of the holidays, this collection brings together four decadent loose-leaf teas and herbal infusions, including White Chocolate Peppermint Tea, Gingerbread Black Tea, Cococaramel Sea Salt™ Herbal Tea and Caramel Almond Amaretti Herbal Tea.
“We offer more tea collections closer to the holiday season because we know our customers are looking for great grab-and-go options,” said Olga Biletska, an eight-year Teavana partner. “This time of year can be hectic and stressful. We created these collections with some of our top-selling teas and package them up in colorful gift boxes that anyone would be excited to get this holiday.”
Infuser Mug: With its eye-catching pattern and all-in-one design, this 12-ounce ceramic tea infuser mug is a tea lover’s best friend. Use the stainless steel infuser basket to make loose-leaf tea or pop it out to steep a sachet. The lid keeps tea hot while it brews and doubles as a coaster once it’s done. This infuser mug is available in five assorted patterns including gradient red, cobra green, prism multicolor, poinsettia and cobalt blue.
Holiday Tumbler: Equal parts stylish and convenient, this limited-edition 16-ounce tumbler makes it easy to steep and sip on the go. It’s equipped with a removable tea infuser basket and is double walled to keep drinks hot or cold for up to six hours.
Disco Ball Infuser Charm: This stainless steel infuser makes loose-leaf tea brewing simple with a festive charm that acts as a weight, keeping the infuser from slipping out of reach.
“Our infuser mug makes brewing tea easy and convenient and provides the perfect single serving. It makes a great gift for a teacher who can enjoy tea at his or her desk,” said Harnetiaux. “If you have a student on your gift list, our tumblers can keep your tea hot or cold for hours, so you can take your tea on the go. Looking for stocking stuffers? Our infuser charms are portable, so you can enjoy tea anywhere you go. They also come in fun designs.”
Holiday Entertaining Made Easy
Hobnail Cast Iron Teapots: Cast iron pots have been used for centuries to brew tea in both casual and ceremonial settings. Teavana combines quality and tradition with innovation by offering electric colors like pink, citron and cobalt blue for a modern twist. Handcrafted cast iron keeps water warmer longer with a hand finished spout to prevent drips. Heirloom quality with a porcelain enamel lining to prevent rusting, this tea pot includes a removable stainless steel mesh tea infuser basket.
Macaron Tin: This tempting tea storage tin is impossible to resist, just like the famous French cookie that inspired it. Crafted in Japan from tin-plated steel, this airtight light-blocking design helps keep tea fresh and flavorful for up to one year. It conveniently stores two ounces of loose-leaf tea. These Macaron tins are available in five assorted holiday patterns including Poinsettia, red, iridescent silver and green.
“Our cast iron pots are great for holiday entertaining. They help keep tea hot longer and available to serve your guests," said Biletska. "These wonderful pots are always in high demand during the holidays and make a great gift for any hostess.”
