The Card balance is prominently displayed on the home page of the Starbucks Card Mobile App and can be refreshed from the menu. Customers with more than one card loaded on the Starbucks Card Mobile App can access all balances. If you register your card, you can also enjoy balance protection in case your card or phone is ever lost.

Reload your Starbucks Card balance directly from your smartphone with a major credit card. You can even set up automatic reloads when your card balance gets low. iPhone and iPod touch users also have the option to reload via PayPay.
Check your My Starbucks Rewards status
Register your Starbucks Card and join My Starbucks Rewards, a three-tiered loyalty program created to reward and recognize customers and start earning Stars with every transaction made at a participating store. Gold level status is achieved after earning 30 Stars within a 12 month period. You can track the Stars you earn with the app.

Mobile Payment
For customers looking for the fastest way to pay, the Starbucks Card Mobile App offers customers the convenience of paying for their favorite Starbucks® beverages with their mobile phone. The Starbucks Card Mobile App will display a barcode that can be used just like a Starbucks Card to make a purchase. To pay, just hold the mobile device in front of a scanner on the countertop and scan the Starbucks Card Mobile App’s on-screen barcode to make a purchase.
The mobile payment feature is currently not available at the Drive Thru window.
